Access and connection help

Tell us which invited account you are using, whether the issue is on the website or in a connected assistant, and the error you see. A connection must use your own invited account and be approved on the private connections page. Installing a plugin alone does not create archive membership.

Please do not send passwords, sign-in codes, access tokens, identity documents, or unredacted screenshots of private family records.

Corrections and contributions

Include a record link or source reference and describe what you believe needs attention. Explain which details come from a document, a memory, or an interpretation. Contact us before sending sensitive material or large attachments so we can agree on an appropriate way to receive it.

Privacy and security

Use the same address to request access to information about you, a correction, removal, or a change to who can see a record. For a suspected security issue, include enough detail to locate the problem without sending anyone’s credentials or private documents. Requests are reviewed by the maintainer; this family project does not provide round-the-clock support.
